They lost my phone number!!! How the hell do they do that. I only got it back by transferring to BT after 3 weeks of having no phone.
As for my broadband - Tiscali supplied me with broadband for 10 days (when I had no phone) and then stopped providing service because It was cheaper for them to let me go rather than compensate me for my costs during the transfer.
I have made official written complaints and have had no respone after 3 weeks. I am told they will get back to me once they get to my letter. Apparnetly they have lots. No suprise when you read the list of complainants on their own website forum about their service.
They do not care, something is fundamentally wrong with the company, they sirely cannot survive with the huge amounts of complaints against them. Poeple are setting up dedicated websites to send out the message about how bad they are.
If you are with Tiscali and everything works then you may wonder why people hate Tiscali with a passion. Well, wait until something goes wrong and then you will understand.
Pay a little more and get service - it will save you money in the long run.
