Basically I bought a pair of shoes online when I received them they didn't fit as I have a swollen ankle and don't really like them I e-mailed the company about this asking for there return address for a refund.
They keep giving me excuses not to give it to me like is there anyone I can give the shoes to or will they not stretch to fit and that it will be too expensive as they say 'around $40' to send back.
I tell them I am not bothered how much it'll cost to send back definitely not $40! and there response they can only refund me 60% as they paid shipping costs even though it was free.
This same conversation has been going over and over for a week now. I eventually got there address from the parcel company that sent the shoes but I want to make sure I'll get 100% refund.
I'm lost now what to do its such hard work e-mailing backwards and forwards the same conversation over and over. Any advice what to do?
