    You need to swap a few letters arguing your case, explaining that you feel that a £12 penalty charge is excessive and unjustified in the circumstances.

    Catalogue, as screw my account up and now has charge me £12.00, what can i do about it other than not pay it......, they did say it was there fault that the screwed up, and still they have charged me £12.00, it not the first time they did it either, the first time i payed it, no this time im not as its not my wrong doing, any other ideas
