    Re: debt

The best place to get free advice from someone who is fully qualified and regulated to give it is from a licenced insolvency practitoner - look in your yellow pages. CCCS/Payplan are no more impartial then anyone else - they get paid by most banks etcthey just don't tell you!

if you are doing a debt management plan you may be better off with Payplan or CCCS as they won't charge you - they do get paid by most banks etc based on a percentage of what they recover so make sure they don't bulldoze you in to offering more than you can afford.

you may be better off considering bankruptcy - for more infomation look on the Insolvency Service website - it's not as scary as it used to be (assuming you don't own any property)
