Great advice you have been given!!! State what kind of property you are looking for in terms of 2 Bed, semi area etc. I personally find that using the net is the easiest way of finding property, no hard sell etc, then if you want to see it register with the agent. Good luck looking, make sure you get a bargain!

The advice that I have read on buying a property suggested that I don't tell the estate agent the maximum I can afford, the propblem is when I try to not put a figure on it, the agents state that they need to know so that they can find properties in the right price bracket and can therefore match me with sellers that might accept what I can afford. Any advice on how I can get past this problem?
