    Phone up every few days and get the status. If you leave it, they will assume it is fixed.

    BT do the work in fixing faults and will close your job sheet about two days after they "think" they have fixed it.

    If that happens, you have to jump though hoops to get it all started again.

    TT Fault Team talk of LLU upgrade and lack of power from BT.

    As I understand it, TT equipment provides BB but without power, phone line is inactive. This affects all TT customers from that exchange.

    I wonder how they are faring.

    Difficult to figure out why BB is OK and voice is not ...

    Dead phone line

    My Talktalk phone line is dead since 16/2/07 though the broadband works.

    I am told the problem lies in Seven Kings (Essex) Exchange.

    Am I the only TT customer from the above exchange without a phone?
