    Daily interest and Overpayments

    Hi all

I was wondering if someone could recommend a lender which charges daily interest (ie interest is not front loaded) and also allows overpayments to be made.

My credit profile is in the excellent category with Equifax.

Looking to borrow approx 14k over 5 years and would find it handy if I could stick an extra 50 quid into the account every now and then.

And nobody mention Zopa :P, prefer to do business with a bank.

    cheers

    Re: Daily interest and Overpayments

My first thoughts are an overdraft or credit card. These allow the flexibility that you want but wont be suitable for anything as large or as long term as you are wanting.

You should investigate variable rate mortgages as some of these are flexible enough to allow overpayments or (if you've overpaid previously) underpayments. An independent mortgage advisor should be able to point you in the direction of those products that are flexible enough to allow overpayments without fees/charges.

I'm only looking for loan products, not credit cards or overdrafts, and not a mortgage as i'm not a homeowner.

    thanks anyways :)
