    Re: Current Account

The place to start your journey to a better account is the current account finder. Then simply click to apply for the account of your choice. Thereafter, banks have an agreement with each other that they will transfer all your direct debits and standing orders within a week at no cost to you. The only charges that you will have to pay will relate to any overdraft or borrowing facilities that you may require or are paying off with your present bank.

    Current Account

Hi. I have had a current account with LloydsTSB since high school and having recently discovered this website I thought it might be time for a change to earn a bit more interest. However, I'm a complete novice on this. Tell me, how do I go about making the change and are there any fees/penalties? I'm 24, earning 14k/year - can you recommend any current accounts? (Of course I will use your comparison tool too!) Thanks.
