i can confirm that as long as you pay your bills on time and the best way by direct debit you will have a free upgrade every 18 months Orange provide brill service. they do not credit check you. (inside info) for upgrades

I dont believe they do check - i mean your account is already active - your not applying for another account. All they do on an upgrade is assess how much line rental your paying and if the phone you want is available to you on your tarriff (basically they investigate if over the contract period they will recover the cost of the phone back). Just a quick question do you know if they run a credit check for an upgrade when your 12/18 month contracts are due for renewal?
The reason i ask is my credit has never been good but i got accepted by Orange for an 18 month contract was just wondering if,when the time comes i will be re checked.Payments have always been made by direct debit with no problems.Thanks in advance guys.
