You can request your credit card company to start their disputes process.

PayPal are not a reliable enough service, in my view, to be used as anything other than a handy payment method for small amounts.

I have recently sent a payment through my credit card to my partners PayPal account so the cash could be withdrawn.

PayPal are witholding the money statin there is a problem with her PayPal account as it is linked to an account with a Negative balance.

Paypal say they will not use the funds to ofset the negative balance but they will not also release the funds for transfer to her bank account.

Can i request my credit card company (Lloyds) to reverse the payment or can i get the credit card company involved in any way to help me.
