    Re: credit card insurance

Think because it shows as delivered on the couriers details, they won't pay out. If the goods were stolen from your property after delivery, you should be looking to any Home Insurance you have.

My understanding is that the 90 days cover is only for goods that are never delivered. You buying from a store and then having them stolen from home, I don't think is covered.

Read the terms an conditions of the cover. I doubt that it offers theft cover, similar to what you would have under a Home Insurance.

    credit card insurance

contacted my credit card company (post office mastercard) regarding theft of goods. tried to claim on 90 day cover.directed to AXA
insurance .They told me because i purchased my goods online and it was delivered, then stolen that the insurance was not applicable. If i had purchased directly from the store and brought the goods home myself then they were stolen i would be covered is this correct?
