most of my credit cards taken during 2004 to 2006

barclay,eggmoney,egg,halifax,mbna,capitalone,marbles,hsbc,amex,alltogehter 13000 now iam still paying

i heard tht before 2007 credit agreemnets are enforcable, can i start follow sending letters to cc people to request cca's

can some one explain the procedure how to find they enforcable or how to win with lender in this matter , and whihc lender is best to fight (easy to win)
