    If the problem is just dust under the screen making the display unclear, you should consider finding out how to access the screen and giving it a gentle wipe rather than making an issue out of this, in my view.

    I ungraded my phone last year around march time.

    The phone went wrong after 2 mths and i agreed a repair.won't charge.

    It took CPW too long to fix so they gave me a NEW phone (Have since found out it was an AS NEW)

    Went wrong again in oct, dust under screen

    I sent it to HTC for the repair this time as i didn't trust CPW

    All fixed and back within 5 days.

    Went wrong again in Nov and again I sent it to HTC.

    Back again within 5 days, But went wrong again within 2 days of me getting it back!

    Now HTC refuse a replacement.

    CPW will only repair it or might replace with as new again!

    Can i claim for a NEW phone?

    Or am i stuck with having to accept a repair.

    Model of phone is an HTC Incredible S.
