could carcraft have known this before giving us the car?

We stupidly got a car from carcraft at the end of May this year, so we have only had it for about 5 weeks.

I noticed the brakes squeeking, took it to a garage, and it turns out that both back brake disks are worn down, to the point that they cant be worn down anymore.

So obviously this means that they didnt do their 120point check on the car before selling it to me?

What do i do now? Just replace the brake disks( or is it pads?) at my own expense, or shall i ring carcraft?

    Hi,

Ring them! Whats the worst that can happen?

The problem is, if the vehicle passed an MOT then it was considered fit to drive whether they knew about the brakes or not! Still,I would certainly ring them and tell them that you arent happy and see what they say! They may suprise you and offer to do the work -( I wouldnt hold by breath though!) - let me know how you get on?? and good luck!
