    Re: Consolidating Credit Cards

rather than searching the market, for paying one sum which may be ok for some people as you speak of low or poor credit history you mau get stung with a high interest rate. my first thought would be and you state that you want to clear and prob get rid of them is to cancel the cards completly. this then means you woukd get no further interest on them and even if you pay the minimum each month then at least it is coming off th total you owe and not being stung with interest. oh i know this from fact as belive me i have been there and i have been looking at money for 2 years now and if there is way for me to decrease monthly spening i will find it. hope you find this useful.

    Consolidating Credit Cards

My husband and I have 4 Credit Cards between us, we desparately want to get these cleared but can only afford the minimum on each at the moment whilst I am on maternity leave. Ideally would like to consolidate the 4 cards so that we have one monthly payment. The problem is our credit rating isnt the best. Does anyone have any advice?

    Thanks, Katie
