Is there a system where you can transfer all our credit cards to a  single loan

yes it should be.But this is to repay and finish my credit cards

yes i do have a very good credit rating

Then you should be able to go to most high street lenders who would consider your application - Alliance and Leicester, Northern Rock and Halifax all offer quite good rates.
