I have a contract with clickafone.com with cash back offer on O2.

Sent all the paper work in time by Royal mail Special delivery. Still not paid any money.

The O2 said that, they are not responsible and can't down grade tariff because I am on Business Tariff !!

Have sent notice to them with recorded post as per trading standards advice.

Help will be appreciated.

I am also a victim of the same company. Please coplaint to consumer direct at 02087999200. Did you try to call James Fess at 08700200200 who actually deals with the clickafone cashback claims. Its of no use to call him but worth trying it. I am also waiting for my cashback for a very very long time. I have lodge a complaint against this company in concuser direct and would appreciate if you could do the same as I will be taking this matter further and your support will act as a strong evidence to testify my complaint.
