A Winding up Order was made against Click Mobile UK Limited (“Click”) on 20 December 2007 following the petition of the Secretary of State that the Company be wound up in the public interest. On the making of the winding up order the Official Receiver was appointed as liquidator of the Company.
Winding up Orders were also made against Click Mobile Telecoms Limited; Click Mobile; Click Limited; Fones 4u Limited; Click Mobile Group Limited; Click Click Telecoms Limited; and Click Mobile UK Group Limited on 20 December 2007.
The petitions to wind up the companies in the public interest were presented by the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise, and Regulatory Reform following investigations into the companies.
Customers of the company that are owed money in respect of cash-back agreements are advised that the company is not in a position to make cash-back payments.
Customers are advised to contact their Network Providers in respect of their mobile telephone contracts.
Any customers of the company who are owed money are advised to put details of their claim in writing to the Official Receiver at the following address:

It will aid the Official Receiver’s enquires if customers could provide the above information and where possible avoid contacting the Official Receiver by telephone.
