Re: click mobile hanworth road hounslow

    Hi There

I have two contracts with them. Do you definitley know that they are now closed? Last I spoke to them was in begining of August when I was told that they are being investigated and the outcome will be known by 9th Sep!

I was hoping to nudge them after 9th. What can be done now though? Is there any where we could complain? Like consumer forums etc..Do we have any rights?

Re: click mobile hanworth road hounslow

I have 2 contract with Orange. I think the best way iis to keep intouch with Trading Standard at Civic Center Hounslow. They are aware of the situation aand are dealing with it.

    This May Help

v  A collateral contract is a contract where the consideration is the entry into another contract, and co-exists side by side with the main contract.) In other words you only have a contract with the service provider because you entered into a contract for ‘cash back’ with Click Mobile.

v  The company (as in this case) has not been able to fulfill the cash back contractual agreement.

v  Term mis-selling of mobile phone services. The term ‘mis-selling’ in this case present non-fulfillment of cash back contract with Click Mobile who were an independent for the Orange service provider on commission basis

Re: click mobile hanworth road hounslow

    hi

i have one contract with click mobiles. they were advertising free gifts like laptops in the newspaper and on their website. i wanted to buy a laptop for my studies. i saw the add in the newspaper and went to their shop. i selected 45 pounds for 18 months with orange. i was promised that i will get the laptop in the last week of august. but now their shop is closed. i have to pay 45 pounds for 17 months more without any reason. i bought this line only for laptop otherwise there was no point for the expensive contract. i have sent an e-mail to orange for the cancellation of the contract. i did not get the reply back. according to me, orange is responsoble as well for this fraud. they knew everything but they did not take any step. they should cancel all the contracts. if they did not, all of us should go the court and file a case againt service provider (orange, t-mobile etc) and click mobile. that is the only way to cancel the contracts.
