claiming back charges??

    does anyone know if this big claiming back issue on charges relates to just current accounts,or will we be able to claim back charges in loans,store cards and credit cards aswell.

    ive been charged a few times over the years but mainly on credit cards and store cards.

    Hi,

    I believe the credit card issue was already addressed and as a result nobody can charge more than £12 for late fees now?

    yes but my point was if anyone has been charged more than this in the last 6 years can they submit claims in the same way people are with current accounts.
