    Re: Claiming back bank charges!

    fallout:

There is little point in using a claims company. Except for cases of "hardship", claims are not currently being paid out, but should should still claim.

The official description of "hardship" is...

A complainant is considered to be in financial difficulty when his or her income is insufficient to cover reasonable living expenses and meet financial commitments as they become due.

If you meet that criterion your claim should be considered immediately. Google for "reclaiming bank charges hardship" and follow up likely looking hits.

    Claiming back bank charges!

    Hi,

Ive had some financial difficulties lately and got into a spiral of bank charges with Barclays. I spoke to them on the phone, made a complaint and they sent back a generic letter which just dismissed everything i wrote about. So i wrote again, carbon copy letter back again (eventually).

Ive been in the branch and on the phone and they just dont want to know.

Im considering using myclaimsexpert . co . uk- any feedback on this? Is it a good/bad idea? Ive looked on the internet for reviews of this site but couldent find much and im a bit afraid to submit my bank details on their site.

Or am i better off using a template letter and writing to them again?

Please help! I want my money back!!!

    Thanks
