Ring them up and explain you are having difficulties with increased bills,they should offer you the discount but they are keeping it quiet and may not. ask the about the help they offer to anyone on benifits inc tax credits etc.perhaps saying you are doing comparisons on line!!
They will ask for your nat insurance number then send you a letter in the post to confirm the discount off your next bill. not available for backdated payments they say.
I am a carer and look after my disabled son so my bills can be high as i am home alot. every little helps they say!
