    Civil Parking Ticket

I got one of these a couple of weeks ago and appealed as they I know they were in the wrong giving me one. Obviously they have come back and told me my appeal was denied. They have also said unless additional new evidence was received they would file but not respond. How legal is this, I gave extremely good and very valid reasons. What should I do now. I paid the initial payment as I was advised it would become a lot more if I didn't. Help please?

    Hi

If you do a google for civil parking ticket appeals, there is some useful information.

It really depends on who issued the ticket and in what circumstances.

If you have gone to the last stage of appeal and have been rejected, I would suggest that you pay up. If you don't it will cost you alot more.
