Hi, is there a quick and accurate way of checking the records insurers hold on me (and ideally my houshold)? I am concerned that I might answer a question wrong (have you ever been refused; when did you last have a claim, what did the claim cost) and find the policy invalidated further down the line. Like I had a contents claim but never saw the bill; likewise for car claims but the quote engines expect me to guess?
Also, is does the 'ever declined isurance' clause really apply to your lifetime and every insurance application even if completely irrelevent to the type of cover you are applying for?
Thanks in advance, LCW
