I've never known anyone feedback problems with claiming, with the exception of claims being declined on a genuine basis but the applicant having not read the terms appropriately.
My advice to anyone looking for travel insurance would be to look carefully at what is covered and isn't and the levels of cover that are available and then decide whether that is the right policy for you, also I would read the exclusions so that there arent any nasty surprises should you come to claim.
Keep an eye out on our travel insurane channel over the coming months as we are soon to be making some significant changes which will let you see more policy info more clearer.
