Virgin mobile is a good deal. 15p per minute for first 5 minutes each day then 5p per minute thereafter. The vouchers don't expire through time either. Better still, you can sign up to be billed for calls via direct debit so you don't have to worry about top up vouchers but you don't get tied into a contract or rental charges, you only pay for your calls same as with vouchers.

I have found easyMobile to be excellent, it's a pity they're not included in the mobile phones comparisons. There tariffs are very cheap and completely transparent easyMobile also offer an optional Auto Top Up via credit or debit card. DK

I was browsing the Discount Mobile which is a partner of Vodafone - I think. Found some great deals on Vodafone handsets.

Service seems pretty good so far also. I have the ability to track and change my order at any time.

you can get one here, its a link to Virgin, but through this link you can get a 1101 for £22.49 and get £25 talk time free with the purchase.
So basically pay £22.49, and get the phone, and £25 talk time. Just click the link, and select the phone you wish (you also get 10% off the normal website price!)

If u go for virgin mobile, you can text free of charge to another virgin mobile untill i think september,
when u top up u gain points, these points are added up at the end of the year and you get cash credit free to go towards your next mobile phone, so the more you talk the more you earn and the cheaper your next phone is

    Re: Cheap Mobile Phone

you dont need to buy expensive phone. If you are organised enough, one year costs you ZERO pounds, yes, there are some companies who charge basic line rental and then refund your money every three months what you have paid in the past buy cash voucher scheme. that means you have to be organised enough and send them voucher back every three months (dates are speciefied) when you buy the contract) so you get very good top of the range phone and thats also free. Who doesnt like free things. Well when you say free then question comes into mind--- there must be some catch, there is no such thing as free... well thats right but wrong in this case as when you are paying basic line rental lets say 30pounds per month for 250 anytime any network minutes lus 100 text messages these companies then invest that money and get interest, lets say 1000 people bough a fone and each paid 30 pounds. so the company will make 30,000 pounds which they have to return to the buyers.
Now, the thing here is to underfstand is by investing huge money they get higher interest rates which is their profit, second from 100 people atleast 20 will forget to send the voucher to them so that money is all saved up.like this
now the question is which companies sell the fones like these. well you email me and ill tell you.

my email address is vishaldove AT hotmail.com
its because when u decide to buy i will give u a reference,w ith which i can make from 20 to 30 pounds every order. so get going, save some money and use its omewhere else, partying, clubbing, bowling, movies, drinks, saving for x-mas etc
    cheers
    vishal

    Re: Cheap Mobile Phone

This is a site I bought a a phone from last year on a 12 months free offer.
Was sceptical at 1st but thought i would give it a go.
I got a box standard Nokia phone (2 be honest was embarassed to show it in public), paid £35 a month for 500 anytime mins and 250 text. I managed to claim all my money back, so i cancelled on the 11th to cease on the 12th and now ive used the site again to do the same thing.
But this time i was surprised at the quality of phones available on the 12 months free offers, was actually spoilt for choice.
Dont know how they make their money, but who cares!
Ive now got a Nokia 6300 on Orange, (not embarassed anymore) with 450mins and i think 200 text, and hopefully this will be another year of free callingand texting!
The site also compares all the latest phone offers from the leading online suppliers thus saving you the legwork or searching individual websites.
    Well worth having a look.

The Orange Shop do phones for about £15-£20 (think you have to put £10 on as well) but they are quite smart little phones!
