Can anyone help

I would like to change from Virgin to Talk Talk or Tiscali

Tiscali have told me I need to activate my BT line I think I still have the line as there is a white box with with a telephone plug socket

Does any one know how much this would cost also do I need to do same for broadband?

I do not want TV as I have freeview and I am happy with it

I want to have broadband and telephone free anytime package on either Talk Talk its £16.49 or Tiscali for £19.99

I am paying to Virgin £45 month they told me they woul reduce this to £38 month if I have talk ulimited but this is still too much for me to pay

I am disabled does anyone do reduced packages ?

is there a catch ?
