hi everyone... ive been reading recent posts about catalogue debt and was wondering if someone could put the original letter on for catalogues to prove cca. my husband changed jobs 6 weeks ago and the job he has now is minimum wage so we are down £300 a month and its very hard.He's with an agency at the moment and if he proves his worth the company will take him on in 6 months and then we will be better off by £2.00 an hour. Thanx in advance for any help.

You could get help in the meantime from the CAB to restructure payments whilst such time as your Husband's earnings recover, this will allow you to agree an affordable arrangement with any creditor, by offering short term reduced amounts or token payments.

thankyou so much for that advice...i didnt realise i could make reduced payments for 6 months..i will write to the catalogues myself and explain the situation and hope they have a sympathetic ear...thanx again conmankiller...
