early in the year you wrote that Orange backed you up for your claim from Fonezone. Would you be kind to help me and give me some details so that I can also solve my problem. Do I need to get legal aid (as I am astudent!)

First of all you must go into shop and ask for a written note clearly stating that they will pay cash back as part of the original deal.signed.DONT just take their word because I went in several times and got nothing

Ask for the manager.At the same time voice record the conversation or possibly get a freind to video it.He/she could possibly act as a witness in court at a later stage

Write a letter clearly stating you have not recieved your cashback.Photocopy & post this letter via recorded delivery.So they have to sign for it.wait for reply and then send another letter 2 weeks later

Hey I took out 4 contarcts with fonezone in Bradford and i am in da exact same position, fonezone have not paid me and orange r demanding money what do I do and I cannot pay them due to insuffience funds?  how r orange helping you?

On a similar note, has anyone had a contract with Simply Mobiles in Neasden, London?

They have gone bust in March 2007, and thus will not honour their cashback contracts.  I signed a contract with them last October (2 Orange phones), but found out they have gone bankrupt in April, when I claimed my cashback.  I have infromed the Companies House, and they have confirmed the company will not not be struck off yet, until all claimants are satisfied.

If anyone else is in the same position, please get in touch.  I advise them to contact Companies House; I can help on what to do.  If there are several voices, it might have an impact for a partial settlement from the insolvency directors.

I've just bought a couple of contracts with them and so has my friend.  Could you please tell me how your going about your claim because by the sound of things we've made a big mistake.  They've got all these terms and conditions that say they can charge you soooooo much money if you terminate your contract.  What to do?   HELLLLLLLLLLLP!

I also have been ripped off with cash back credit deals from fonezone Bradford.I was only paid one payment of my cash back even though I have completed my contract.They have been named and shamed in asian image news paper as one of the leading scums in mobile phone contracts.Dont go there if you read this.I am pursing my claim after one of the workers tipped me off.They pretend to have an accounts office in Leeds but infact are sat upstairs.Apparantly they have dug their own grave.Orange have decided to back me on this claim closely.
