Every time I have ever called 02 operators they always sound patronising even when they are in the wrong. I went on an 18 month contract in 2006 and decided to renew this but keeping the phone I already had. I noticed lately that it is now wearing out a bit so thank goodness I phoned 02 today. I had just sent in my June bill for a redemption but have now been told I never signed up for another 18 months. When I mentioned that the girl who set it up gave me all the exact dates for redemption + their new address he said she can't have been trained properly! Well, is that my fault? I am so angry as now I will not get the last six months cashback and I would never have continued with them without it. I even have a letter confirming that my contract has been renewed.
