I have had a couple of contracts with phonebox direct, and i have never been refused any of the claims i have submitted.

This year however they seem to taking a lot longer before paying out my claim, but they are still paying out.

Phones2udirect are the opposite i sent my first claim after 6 months and within correct timeframe along with all the correct documents. I sent them recorded delivery but they do not reply. I have just completed the the forms from the small claims court and will be submitting them on friday. Advice do not deal with this company

 

 

 

It has become blatantly obvious when you see the massive amount of new posts on here, where people are struggling to get these firms to honour cashback deals, which serves to reinforce the fact that these deals in general are not worth the paper they are written on, no matter which company offers them they are not to be trusted generally.
