    Could you please let me have your rental agreement number or registration number and i will have this settled swiftly.

    hi

    we rented a car from 1car1 rental at gatwick at the end of oct 2008. a very small dent wa found on back rear wing. 500 pounds were taken from our account. a quote was sent to us that belonged to the same car but in august!!!

    since then there have been promises to get it sorted but they still have our money saying it was hired out straight away and then went on a long term rental with no time to examine it. it is quite unbelievable. we have all the email correspodence. they even offered to waiver the 3 days rental they were going to charge to cover the time the car would b off the road!!!!!!!! so admitting they were in the wrong. do u know what we can do to get our money sorted.
