Hello!

 I am here to ask some advice and info about my plan of buying a used car (2000 volvo/audie).  But since i am from an asian country but have an international license, what are the possibilities of the price rate that i'll be paying for the car insurance?  Is there any car insurance company who can offer a cheaper rate for someone like me?
