A word on the above, do not claim for a hire car on credit through one of these companies unless you can prove you are impecunious (i.e simply can't afford a rental through hertz etc) as you will not be elligible for this to be covered if the case goes to court.

    Hi

Just use one of the 'no win no fee' Car accident claim management companies. They will pursue Zurich on your behalf and negotiate any payments. These companies are experienced in dealing with these companes and if they believe you have a case, they will take it on. Their fees would be paid by Zurich following a sucessful outcome.

If you do a google for ' car accident claim management companies', a company that provides this service is Onecallsortsall which is the trading name of Camps Solicitors based in Birkenhead. There are many other. Do a further google to see if there are any advserse reviews. I could not see any consumer reviews for this company.

In regard to the behaviour of Zurich, often companies will not admit anything following a phone call. They will wait for all the information to come in from their policyholder and yourself, before they decide what to do. From what you have said, I would say it was the other drivers fault, unless the CCTV proves otherwise.

Car crash at junction I hit car nudging onto main road- what are my rights?

I hit a car nudging onto main road. The driver claims I indicated left for a second or two so he pulled out. I skidded to halt and hit him.
The incident was captured on CCTV . I am third party and the other driver is fully comp.his insurer Zurich told me tough luck and mine Churchill say they can do nothing. Police are not interested as we only have whiplash they say nothing about the £1000 plus of damage to my car!
Do I have to take Zurich to court it seems crazy that he causes the crash but admits no liability and am in limbo land!
    Please help me.
