    thanks for that, noone was injured, thankfully.

     i pay £80 a month i have another 6 months left, thats all

    Yes is the answer, you haven't paid them the full price for the policy which is insuring you for this type of incident. They may even ask you to pay the total remaining balance in one as now, that policy is over and done with... :-/

    car accident

    i had an accident this morning and i think it will be classed as my fault, and i think my car might be wrote off, but i am olny third party fire and theft.  will i have to continue paying the insurance, as i pay monthly, even tho i wont have a car.
