We have been checking with the guys at Insureandgo and all issues seem to be have been sorted. They had some problems which they were looking to resolve in order to make the whole customer experience even better and there are definitely no longer any issues whatsoever with logging in and accessing your accounts.

They will probably start issuing cards again soon.

Hi Rupert,

Someone sent an email to insure and they have changed the message on their website. Now you can log in and access your account.

Don't know if this helps but the have a thread going on moneysavingexpert. Not sure if I am allowed to post it here directly but apparently they are preparing a petition to send to the FSA as no one as been able to log in to their accounts.

I have a insureand go euro prepaid card. I have been trying to get access to my account for the last 10 days but the website continues to say

"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please try again later.

Customer service werent really helpful either. Before I take this further, just wanted to know if anybody else was facing similar problems. I had applied for the card via Moneysupermarket but they have removed the card from the site as well,.

Anyone know whats going on?

I am going to travel next week and this is highly inconvenient if i cannot get access to my own account and my money.

Anyone from Moneysupermarket able to shed any light on this or why they were removed from the listings?
