Hiya, just wondering if anyone here can help me. :)

Okay, so basically, I've moved house, (quite unexpectedly) and I still have my old services back there. Now, the new place has VirginMedia as well, and I want to get rid of my old service. If I move to a place which is already connected to Virginmedia, then Virgin can't provide me with my service anymore and thus they have to contractually cancel it, no?

If this is true, what is the easiest way to cancel VM while still in the 12 month period? Is there anyone specifically you can write to or complain to so you can be taken off? Or do I just give an outside-range postcode or say the move isn't final? I've heard of some people getting off the contact by saying the move isn't final and VM just cancelling it there and then.

Any help anyone? :)
