I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to cancel my travel insurance under the 14 day momey back guarantee.

I have been advised to e-mail customerservices AT moneysupermarket.com, the delivery fails. Have also e-mailed customerapps AT moneysupermarket.com, again the mail is returned stating that the system has been configured to reject your mail.

Can anyone help?

The phone numbers instruct you to deal with the issue by e-mail and the offices are now closed until Mondsy

KMF I imagine you know where you bought the Insurance so, if you can, call there. If not, there will be an address on the documentation and normally a telephone number. Hurry though, you have little time to get this sorted out.
