    Re: Cancelled Orange

This wouldn't be difficult. As long as a customer could prove beyond a resonable doubt that they have been mistreated. Keepign track of phone calls can be done by providing an itemised phone bill! And it wouldn't be too hard for someone to forward on all of their emails to a group.

Good idea, but it would take a group of people who don't mind smashing their head off of a brick wall fro hours on end all day everyday. I value my sanity too much (what's left of it afetr dealing with these cretins anyway)

    Re: Cancelled Orange

I am sure many of us have horror stories to tell across a whole range of services we take from say power to broadband. I know I have. The thing that really annoys me is that one is treated poorly while being told "The customer is King" followed by the service provider providing a cost free apology which it considers to be of appropriate strength. It's a shame that a PRESSURE GROUP can't be started to give 'US' victims a more level playing field. ANY THOUGHTS? Regards, Fedora.

    Cancelled Orange

Hi Folks. After my go-live date came and passed, and 4 calls to orange. They are telling me there is a problem with my MAC code (even though it is still valid for another 8 days from now.) They also have fobbed me off a coupel of times with "our systems are down, please call back in 2 hrs time).

So I'm cancelling the order and going with BT. I can't be @rsed with these bloody companies. I hate them I hate them I hate them I hate them I hate them I hate them I hate them I hate them I hate them!
