We have ordered a new sofa and two chairs from DFS by phone on Wednesday. As yet the paper work has not arrived so we have not signed anything.
I want to cancel the order as we have found the same sofa but cheaper from another store. As I have not signed the agreement can I cancel the order? I would like to know my rights before I give them a call as I expect the customer service team to try everything to stop me from cancelling.
