Can I get out of my Three contract due to their poor coverage?

I recently took out a contract with 3 (mainly because Phones4u talked me out of a t mobile deal because if I took the 3 deal I got £150 cash there and then), my signal is awful at home, I can be sitting watching tv and have no signal one minute and a weak signal the next. If Im driving and talking on my handsfree, I can guarantee the conversation will be cut off after a few minutes. Even in Lliverpool city centre the signal is awful and just comes and goes. I have had the phone less than a month and have complained to 3 customer services 6 or 7 times so far.

Anyone know of any way I can get out of it?

    Hi there,

From experience of trying to get out a contract with them myself, that once they have you they won't let you go. They don't care how badly you are treated as long as you pay them the money. The only way that you can get out of it, would be to buy yourself out which could be hundereds of pounds. Then you have to give them 28days notice.

Ask to speak to the Executive Office.

    Cheers

As mentioned above it is pretty difficult to get out of any phone contract even after just a couple of weeks. Generally speaking I was under the impression that Three had sorted their coverage problem out. Go onto their website and check their coverage maps. If you should be getting better reception prehaps the phone is faulty! Call them up and get them to look at it. I would definately keeps calling them and make them aware you will not go away until the propblem is solved. As for Phones 4 U they will simply sell you the deal that makes them the most money without a care in the world of what is really the best for you.
