Re: Can i cancel my motor loan

Cooling off does not apply - It's too late to cancel the finance deal, once it was accepted and signed by the finance company then you took possession of the car, the deal is concluded and it has become legally binding.

when i tried to cancel dealer finance i was told by the finance company that the normal cooling off period that you get when signing up to a credit agreement didn't apply to the car loan so you may be stuffed. You'll have to check with the finance company
