    Ask to see your direct debit authority. You can also cancel any direct debit anyway.

    If you didn't set this up, demand to know how this was done without your authority.

    No I never gave them the details of my halifax current account and anyways my minimum monthly payments have been on time?

    Hi -- I can only suggest that somewhere in the agreement you signed, that it gives the permission to do this. How have they got your bank account details ?

    Hi,

    I recently looked at this months statement and found that my current account had been debited from my mbna cc and I didnt set this up at all?! so whats going on?
