    Cant agree with you more Guru100.. But believe me BT wholesale who handles your profile and bandwidth may be upset leaving BT, keep an eye on your profile speed and throughput mate.

    Good luck, You do need to be aware, If anything (hopefully not) does go wrong, they will avoid it and refer you back to BT even though you are no longer there customer, Been there Done that :s

    That maybe so, but had no line issues in the past, so why should i have problems in the future. Plus paying nearly twice the amount monthly, I think i'll take my chances.

    Its okay until it goes wrong, I used to contract for bt home it via anovo . To get your line fixed you have to contact post office then bt and trust me they drag their feet.

    Left BT for the Post Office this week, so far so good. Switch over was good and had updates of my order via txt message. Now paying half the price each month for Phone and Broadband with no download limit.
