Hi --- If you want to look at a number of reviews from people who have used them just put the words, "broadspeed.com " into Google, there are numerous reviews there.

Word of caution...if you decide to buy then at least pay your deposit by credit card, that way you are covered under the consumer credit act 1974 for the return of all your money, should the company fail to deliver or go into receivership.

also bear in mind that there is an additional fee of £299 to pay on top of their prices so although they might be cheaper than other internet companies for some models, by the time you have paid their fee they are not always the cheapest.

Re: buying a new car via the internet

Ive not used broadspeed because I wasn't happy with them when I enquired on a new car, I got messed around with delivery dates and I had no confidence in them.

Anyway a good friend of mine as bought loads of new cars from a broker called drivethedeal so I went to them and I can say nothing but good things about them. Not only did I save £4k but the service was out standing.

    Good luck.

Re: buying a new car via the internet

Sorry my last post was deleted becuase it was a web link, I dont work for the company but I do work for a main dealer in London. I just thought I should pass on my experience because when i was buying a car for my Dad we could not get anywhere near the price brokers are offering.

Hope Ive not confused anyone or upset anyone.

It does appear that "boughTIT" you want to make some point about me working for someone I dont, I do however appreciate you are entitled to you opinion and I never came on here to prove myself or end up arguing with someone.

Does it actually matter if my friend is my dad, christ its like being on Jeremy Kyle, why am I wrong?

Clearly you have nothing else better to do then to want to argue with some via email, I find this unbelievable but as I said earlier I do appologise if I have up set you or anyone this is not my intention.

Re: buying a new car via the internet

Patch you have posted in various posts, each claiming to be a different person. In one you say you are a dealer, in another you claim to be a buyer using an online retailer giving the dealer a bad name, in another you claim your dad has bought a car online, in another you claim your friend has bought several cars online. If anyone clicks onto your name they can read the posts you have placed it's laughable patch, sort it out mate!
