Hi, I recently found out that Eon were charging me business rates for the house where I lived for 5 years. They said it was an error and are recalculating the bills for me. I'm not sure what to expect to be honest. Does anyone know how the two differ? When I called Eon anonymously I asked and they were not sure themselves.

Secondly, that house is now rented out. When I asked whether that makes it business or residential in their eyes they said again that it was a grey area. Does anyone know what's the best thing to do here?
