     Speak to 3 and tmobile they are doing the best business tariffs at the moment. Have a look at their websites and you should get the idea.

    Hi - we have 18 mobiles used by different members of our staff. Our contract is currently with 02 and will expire in November. We would like advice on the best package available to us - we require around 7000 talk mins and 1000 texts a month, although this is not spread evenly amongst the users. Basic handsets are fine. Please advise thank you.
