    Hi there
did you ever find out who does this, as I am in the same situation and need to find an insurer.
If you have found someone to do this insurance what did you say to them as alot of insurers ive spoken 2 dont seem to be able to grasp the idea of the situation we are in

    Many thanks

    Buildings Insurance

I own the freehold of a terraced house which is divided into 2 flats. I own and live in the top floor flat and the ground floor flat is on a long leasehold and is owned separately. As the owner of the freehold of the building and the managing agent (I manage the building) I want to get a quote for insuring the building and I will then pass on half the cost of the building insurance to the owner of the ground floor flat. Can you please advise which companies deal with this?
