    Building Insurance - Empty Property/Probate

I just want to ask is there any Insurance providers that will invoice the estate on completion of probate? (i think I've worded that correctly)
The solicitors where using are quoting us £369 for 3 months cover which is scandalous. And we dont have any funds to pay for any pro-rata direct debits as we've been quoted from Ocaso

    Any help will be appreciated.

If the property is empty, that does not sound a bad quote. I was quoted £2000 a year for such a property. The conditions attached were very onorous, and would not pay out for vandalism. I told them I would do without insurance. Couldn't you do the same?

Regarding your question whether you could get insurance on credit, I doubt it.

It does seem pretty bad when ive been quoted £234.77PA on a pro-rata basis (£40 admin /16.23 D/B with no cancellation fee) This was by a spaninsh company by the name of Ocaso
