ME TOO

Ive heard plenty of advisors working for my company swear at customers who get their back up..obviously not gonna say who i work for as dont wanna give bad press to my company.

I think its the pressure of working in a call centre that changes these people,dont think they start out like this.

This is very strange and must be a rogue cs. I have had many dealings with cs in many companies and while the average quality of communication is poor I have never had anyone even utter a mild swear word. Unhelpful, bad attitude, patronising yes, but never sworn at.

im LOLing because of the stupidity of this advisor who now faces the sack.

An admininstrator called chris who lives in hull emailed b.t to ask why he cant get broadband from them in his area in off hull.

The poor hapless chris recieved an email from the internet advisor saying **** *** *** **** ++++

Obviously chris had had the sense to report this fool.

Does b.t even carry out any vetting on their staff cos if they did they wouldnt employ abuisive people .

Does anyone else have similare experiances or has been made to look a fool by someone from b.t or anywhere else
